Katie is a solicitor based in our Edinburgh office. Katie obtained her LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen in 2016 and 2021. Katie deals with aspects of commercial property and corporate including sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, leasing and secured lending transactions, acting on behalf of landlords and tenants.
