Kenneth Campbell is a Partner in our Litigation team. Kenneth is an experienced litigator whether instructing counsel in the Court of Session or representing clients himself in the Sheriff Courts or other courts. Kenneth has been an active court solicitor since qualifying in 2007 and has gained a lot of experience in that time. He takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to litigation with a focus on what his clients are looking to achieve but always with a view to trying to resolve matters before they become litigious. Kenneth has a broad commercial litigation practice but also has a wider practice encompassing all types of property and contractual disputes. Kenneth’s areas of expertise includes; commercial property, residential property, servitude and access, corporate disputes, contractual disputes, nuisance and defamation. Kenneth splits his time between Ennova’s Edinburgh Office and the Highlands and can meet clients either in Edinburgh or Inverness as required.
