Rosie is a Partner in our dispute resolution team and has been with the firm for more than a decade. Rosie has a varied caseload which includes commercial and property disputes, family law, employment law, executry disputes and professional negligence. Rosie advises clients on evictions (both residential and commercial), debt recovery, contract disputes and financial and child related matters on separation and divorce, among many other disputes. She regularly appears in the Sheriff Courts across Scotland on behalf of her clients and instructs Counsel in the Court of Session.
